Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and photos of the item you wish to return.
Package the Item
Ensure the apparel is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Temzee.pk tags still attached in the original packaging.
Ship It Back
Send the package back to our warehouse using a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
